Have you tried:

  apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade

You say you are running unstable, but you have some Woody debs installed 
- - this must be rectified. If the above command doesn't help, it would 
be useful for you to post the results of the following commands:

  apt-cache policy libqt3c102
  apt-cache policy kdebase

and the contents of the following files:

  /etc/apt/sources.list
  /etc/apt/apt.conf
  /etc/apt/preferences
  /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/*
