kopete.kde.org forums, some time ago.
There were listed on the kopete site for a while, i don't know why they remove
them
That's the official package, the mantainer is Matias Fernandez. He is listed
on the Support Team of the project.
I use the cvs one, is pretty stable and had a lot of new features
