If I understand that bug report properly, it seems that this bug was in 3.1.2, 
and that it is fixed in KDE_3_1_BRANCH. That means that only when 3.1.3 will 
be released, you will have it fixed. Of course, when bugs are fixed in CVS, 
they don't get fixed in previous packages.
