Correct. Same goes with kdialog in kdebase. It should be a separate package so 
that we can finally make debconf work with a KDE frontend too.

If anyone has contributions to that to make things independent, please let us 
know and send us patches for KDE 3.1.1. That's probably going completely into 
sid if Chris is done by then fixing his machines :-)

There's also still some issues with conflicts not resolved when upgrading KDE 
3.0.x to 3.1.
