Are 3.1 kde-i18n deb packages updated?

Hello all!
I am using the deb packages at
deb http://ktown.kde.org/~nolden/kde/woody/i386/ ./

I am translating for the KDE-ES team and i have noticed that since i update 
the deb packages each 2-3 days, the kde-i18n-es package is not updated since 
there is a bug in the "es" KMail translation that i corrected in the CVS 
branch and it is there for... maybe 15 days.

So the question is... Are 3.1 kde-i18n deb packages updated?
