You could use Konsole's Bookmark function to store your SSH Bookmarks (at
least under KDE3.1, dunno if earlier versions can do this too): simply enter
ssh://user@remote.host.tld (or telnet://...). This does not manage Tunnels,
but it is better than anything else I have tried in that area...
