I haven't had the kind of a problem you described. However, my 
installation of Mosfets Liquid corrupted screen display. It was odd 
that the corruction occured always at the same widgets at the same 
point. It may well be that you've been experiencing similar problems.

The corrupted widget parts contained data from other memory locations. 
At one point I noticed it had something looking like font data.

I switched to another style, and recommend everyone else do the same. 
The Liquid style doesn't seem to be stable enough.
