well, not in my case :

Depends: kdelibs3 (>= 4:2.2.2-1), libc6 (>= 2.2.4-4), libfam0, libjpeg62,
libpng2(>=1.0.12), libqt2 (>= 3:2.3.1-1), libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2 (>=
1:2.95.4-0.010810), xlibs (>> 4.1.0), zlib1g (>= 1:1.1.4), kdebase-libs,
weblint

am i using old apt-sources ?
loos like apt wants to instal an old version of it, and dpkg has some issues
with the one that was posted here :

#dpkg -i quanta_3.0pr1-1_i386.deb
(Reading database ... 38392 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking quanta (from quanta_3.0pr1-1_i386.deb) ...
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)
dpkg: error processing quanta_3.0pr1-1_i386.deb (--install):
 short read in buffer_copy (backend dpkg-deb during `./usr/bin/quanta')
Errors were encountered while processing:
 quanta_3.0pr1-1_i386.deb

can that file be damaged or something ? (downloaded twice)
