Kicker comes with the "Dock Application Bar" extension. You have to add it
by right clicking on kicker, then Add -> Extension -> Dock Application Bar.
It is able to dock WindowMaker dockacks, but AFAIK cannot "swallow" ones
like (e.g.) gtkuickres.
