You're right, there is one very long entry. Hmm, so the bug is found.
This does not explain the problem, though, why some buttons cannot be freely 
positioned (depending on which are present) and why one item is missing in 
the configuration list (at least in German).
I've now nailed it with the animated logo. It seems to have a higher 
posioning priority and it looks better at this place anyway. :-)
