Attachments in Kmail

Yesterday I could right click on an attachment and it would give me a nice
pop up menu. Today that's gone, it only has Open URL and Copy to Clipboard.
This is frustrating, what happened to "Save As". This is the second time this
has disappeared. Before it mysteriously reappeared as working.
