Multiple file selection with Konqueror

Hey all,
Just realized that multiple file selection when managing files (local) w/
konqueror (i.e. box selection of adjacent files) works strangely now.
Selecting multiple files and then right clicking on one of the files (to
delete or open with...) deselects the others.
Any workaround or configuration change for this?
