Temporarily - until fixed packages are uploaded - do:
# dpkg --force-depends -r libpng2
# ln -s /usr/lib/libpng.so.3.1.2.1 /usr/lib/libpng.so.2
# ldconfig
Don't forget to remove the link when new packages are available.
