Hi,

Another tip:
There are two occurences of "currency/EuroSign" in /etc/X11/xkb/symbols/de:
AltGR-Shift-4 (currency) and AltGr-e(EuroSign)

I have them now simply exchanged because I use KDE more. Both can be
available, though. Or simply make
AltGR-Shift-e=EuroSign and AltGr-e=currency

It just equal to the Home/End-Keys hack in Konsole :-/
It seems, the keyboard is not the best friend of X, is it?
