apt-get update fails for KDE

A system  update on my Debian unstable box fails with the following messages.

The following packages have been kept back
  kde
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1  not upgraded.

Cleaning the system package cache.
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Del libmagick5 4:5.4.0.3-1 [1514kB]
Del imagemagick 4:5.4.0.3-1 [1478kB]

Now rebuilding system menus.
