Okay, I'm in Idaho, we're really close to Colorado.

Well, everyone who chimed in with the <aol>me too!</aol>, send whatever you 
can via paypal to david@bishop.dhs.org, I'll total it up and we can hash out 
what to get him.  If you don't have a paypal account, you can send a check 
that I'll cover (i.e., somebody said to do this before he got back, so if you 
send a check tell me, I'll put that amount of money into paypal and just cash 
the check when it get's here).
