an script mh2kmail is mentioned. It does not seem to be included in the kmail.

Or is there another easy way from exmh to kmail?

What about pop3s? At http://kt.zork.net/kde/kde20010517_10.html#6 it is 
mentioned a thread where someone wrote such thing for KDE2. Is this available 
in KDE2.2?
