I've not touched any Sound settings in Control Center (I've checked it
right now). And anyway it seems this options only affect which command
line options is passed to artsd when it is started by kde launch
scripts/programs. I've tried to run artsd by hand with several
variants of command line options and I could not get sound via artsd
with all variants I've tried.
