new qt 2.3.0-final package for sid/unstable

Hi all...for those of you running sid/unstable and want to help test out
the qt 2.3.0 (final) release as well as an updated kdelibs (kdebase will 
be updated as soon as a compile problem get's fixed) you can grab debs
from http://people.debian.org/~rkrusty

I'm putting them there as I do not want to upload a new QT package until the
current one makes it into testing.  

so...those that can I'd appreciate the test...and post your comments here.
