My experience with this has been that it just has no friggen clue what's
happening. :)
that actually looked like you had the -1 version of libqt2 and not the -2
version.

hmmm...how did you get libarts and libarts-alsa installed at the same time...
weird...that shouldn't happen.
even so..that is just sound...the versions you have should have no problems...
it doesn't make sense...
