where's Quanta in KDE menu?

I need some advice from KDE guys.

I have already finished debian package of Quanta (HTML Editor for KDE2).
I'd like ask you about the best place of it in KDE menu.
Should it be Applications (like the upstream authors suggest), Editors or 
Internet, or maybe somewhere else.
