No problem. You should try to contact upstream of JDEE and ask
him. Maybe propose him to have a JAVACMD variable so JDEE can launch any
java application with this variable. The problem will maybe be with
javadoc, I don't know. javadoc tool is in tools.jar. But even ant call
it from the command line, not from the class in tools.jar
