Infatti non deve forwadare a livello ip, ma a livello 2.
Beh, per come è stata posta...
per forwardare l'IP (livello 3) è necessario metterlo a 1, visto che
di IP forwarding si parlava.. se poi si parla di layer 2 a quel punto
"come lo metti lo metti" :-)
