Dal man di mplayer:

-dumpfile <filename> (MPlayer only)
     Specify which file MPlayer should dump to.  Should be used together with
     -dumpaudio / -dumpvideo /  -dump-stream.

-dumpstream (MPlayer only)
     Dumps the raw stream to ./stream.dump.  Useful when ripping from DVD or
     network.
