Raid crash. xfs_force_shutdown

Ciao a tutti. 

Ho un problema grosso su una nuova macchina Linux su cui abbiamo un 
RAID da qualche centinaio di Gb. 
Il problema si manifesta facendo un scp o cp ricorsivo. Ecco il log:

Avete idea? Problema di kernel? Di filesystem? di sshd? 

Devo dire che la macchina non e' (ancora...) una Debian, ma una 
Mandrake.
