metti a off o togli l'opzione UseFBDev nel tuo XF86Config-4
e qui mi sembra abbastanza chiaro:

non esiste /dev/input/mice
Generic Mouse non serve se si usa un solo mouse, touch-pad etc. toglilo pure
o commenta le righe interessate.
