L'opzione per la fat32 è vfat, ma anche il device mi sembra sbagliato,
dovrebbe essere sda1 se non hai
dispositivi scsi o emulati come tali, per la cronaca:
mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/hdusb
dovrebbe essere il comado che cerchi.
