kernel 2.4.20 e web

ho appena scoperto che con il kernel 2.4.20 alcuni siti web
(http://www.a2.prosa.it http://punto-informatico.it) non vengono
visualizzati, la connessione va in time-out. 
Con il kernel 2.4.18-bf24 va tutto perfettamente.

qualcuno ha notizie su come risolvere questo inconveniente?
