devi settare apt in modo tale che faccia pasv_mode (
/usr/shar/doc/apt/examples..... )
oppure utilizza http anziche' ftp per scaricare i pacchetti.

i ping vengono bloccati perche' la gente ha paura dello smurf attack
( prova  a pingare tin.it  :-))  ) .. peccato che lo smurf funzioni anche in
udp hahaha
