My friend works with satelit-internet. I know he's been installing those around 
the world for a while. I think the upstream is tiscali. A while ago we discussed
mobile internet via sat and he told me that it's quite a work to get the quality
high enough and therefor it wasnt really a good solution. You can have his mail
