But it obvious that a bug asking for a list has to demonstrate somehow that there is really a need for such a list. Each list created in the Debian servers incur administrative costs and it doesn't make sense to spend time and effort for a four-man list that could be solved with an e-mail alias and requires no archiving. That's why I suggested you ask fellow translators to add information to the BTS when you submit the bug. You should also point to existing mailing lists covering the need for debian-l10n-galician.
