Actually... There is no ITW status. When you state the ITW the "assigned
to" field is set (or not if someone else sends a mail before). Then you
upload pot/po files and the status changes from nothing to POT.

You can send [IGNORE] to change the status to IGNORE. For example if the
maintainer overrides a delayed NMU.

You can click on the IGNORE status and see the mail that was sent to set
that status. The mail should not only indicate who did it, but also why.

Any other comments? I still need to update the "recomendations" page. Do
we have mail templates? What would be the protocol for the NMUs?

PS: The process is not perfect. I'm sure there are some loopholes and
missing features, but the idea of the scripts was to "help" with the
coordination. The page is more of a way to collect cooperative
information than an arbiter.
