Such localization belongs to upstream development, imho.

Most Debian l10n teams focus on translations that are specific to
Debian, which is already a huge work.

I suggest you send translations similar to the one you sent as
wishlist bug reports against the relevant packages, but don't really
expect l10n teams to focus on this.

IMHO, there is no real point in keeping #384693 opened. I bet that no
further action will happen from it.
