Fix Mach's int vs long discrepancy, which can be tedious. Add 32->64
boot switch. Add x86_64 version of the various glibc/libpthread bits.
And then rebuild everything.
Not necessarily extremely difficult. Nobody thought it was highest
priority up to now.
