It is in the Cook-book.

Copy  /cdrom/upgrade/.xinitrc to /root/.xinitrc
Copy /cdrom/upgrade/system.fvwm2rc to /etc/X11/fvwm/system.fvwm2rc
	You may want to edit this file.
