Can't start X twice in the same Hurd session
Hi all,
If I startx once, then exit X, either by killing the server with
Ctrl-Alt-Backspace or using the "exit" function of the window manager, then
X won't start anymore. I get the following output :
_XSERVTransSocketINETCreateListener: ...SocketCreateListener() failed
_XSERVTransMakeAllCOTSServerListeners: server already running
Fatal server error:
Cannot establish any listening sockets - Make sure an X server isn't already
running
When reporting a problem related to a server crash, please send
the full server output, not just the last messages

giving up.
xinit: No such file or directory (errno 1073741826): unable to connect to

xinit: No such process (errno 1073741827): Server error.
I use the 3.3.6 X packages.
This happens regardless with any window manager. ps does not report any
running X related process.
Seems like some 'ressource' is still locked after X exits. Any ideas ?
David
