openSSL up

Get the lastest dev snapshot from openssl.org; has parisc patches. From 
there, openssh is easy.

Have had good luck communicating to i386; communications with semi-woody 
sparc has issues, with both the i386 AND the parisc box.

Please to give beating, then we'll find out who makes the debian package 
for these.
