usr/bin/gnome-file-types-properties missing from capplets_1%3a2.8.1-3_i386.deb

"apt-file list capplets" says there is supposed to be a binary 
"usr/bin/gnome-file-types-properties" such a binary does 
not exist in the capplets package, I took it apart by hand
and looked.  Is gnome-file-types-properties depreciated
or did this binary get missed?  The other question is 
why does apt-file say it is there?
