Incorrect month format with pl_PL.UTF-8 and pl_PL.ISO-8859-2

N, 15 VII 2007, 01:30:10 CEST

aw@aw:~$ LC_TIME=C date
Sun Jul 15 01:30:16 CEST 2007

aw@aw:~$ LC_TIME=pl_PL.UTF-8 date
N, 15 VII 2007, 01:30:32 CEST

aw@aw:~$ LC_TIME=pl_PL.ISO-8859-2 date
N, 15 VII 2007, 01:30:40 CEST
