Bug#432759: RM: linux-kernel-headers -- RoRW; obsolete, superseded by linux-libc-dev

Please remove linux-kernel-headers from unstable.  This package's
functionality has been replaced by linux-libc-dev now built from the kernel
sources, and libc6-dev/libc6.1-dev depend exclusively on linux-libc-dev
which conflicts with linux-kernel-headers, so this package is no longer of
any use in the archive.
