Hello,
If you disagree with adding information about this problem in the
NEWS.Debian file, maybe the line for glibc23-ctype-compat could be at
the right place in the file 00list. At its current place, recompiling
glibc will fail because patches after this patch are not applied (don't
know why). When the patch is placed at the final line of 00list, the
recompilation works. Here is a possible patch for this:
