Bug#206645: locales: Leave.alone not found.

I have the same problem, even if I uncheck the Leave alone option.
I had removed locales earlier as it was broken for some reason, and now
I try to install it, but this is what I get:

  Leave.alone...cannot open locale definition file `Leave': No such file or directory
