Bug#265318: gcc-3.4: Doesn't provide a /usr/bin/cc alternative

the reason that there is no alternative for a specific gcc version are
incompatibilities between gcc versions on different
architectures. I want to make sure that the "correct" gcc is picked
up for compiling packages. IMO there is no other way than not to
provide the alternative.
