Download packages.
Attempting to configure, libgcj5 depends on libgcj5-common; however 
libgcj5-common depends on libgcj5.
DPKG goes a bit crazy trying to cope with this.

changed in 3.4.1-4sarge1 uploaded to testing-proposed-updates. libgcj5
doesn't need to depend on libgcj5-common. just recommend it.
