Bug#263816: Circular dependency libgcj5 <-> libgcj5-common

Download packages.
Attempting to configure, libgcj5 depends on libgcj5-common; however 
libgcj5-common depends on libgcj5.
DPKG goes a bit crazy trying to cope with this.
