Bug#263440: g++-3.3: Reporting of undeclared identifiers: one report per class only

Although the error message tells me that the undeclared identifiers are 
reported per function, they are reported once for a whole class. The compiler
reports the error on a member fxn the class, and does not report the undeclared
identifier in the remaining member functions. This can be a little inconvenient
when refactoring old code. This behavior is inconsistent with the information
in the error message.
