Something's screwy here with your setup. <string.h> is
included by gcc/tsystem.h iff -Dinhibit_libc is not defined.
Yet your preprocessed file does not include <string.h> and
your presented command line does not include -Dinhibit_libc.
Answer me that?
And try again with the 3.1 prerelease. No one is going to
do anything with 3.0.
