Reminder: LinuxWorld SF .org Pavilion - Deadline June 6th (fwd)

Any West Coast people want to handle this?
(As the list doesn't take attachments, I'll send them seperately to whoever volunteers.)

Subject: Reminder: LinuxWorld SF .org Pavilion - Deadline June 6th

Dear Fellow Members of the Linux and Open Source communities:

There has never been a more exciting time to participate in the LinuxWorld
Conference & Expo .org Pavilion! Today, organizations strive to stay
ahead of the changing times and continue to offer valuable services to
members of the Linux community. As part of our continual efforts to
support
Linux and Open Source, LinuxWorld Conference & Expo believes it is vital
for
you to network and share your experiences, issues, and developments.

In recognition of your organization's continued support of the Linux
community,
you have been selected to participate in this August's .org Pavilion.

LinuxWorld Conference & Expo
The Moscone Center West, San Francisco, CA
Conference: August 8-11, 2005
Expo: August 9-11, 2005

As a .org Pavilion participant you will have your own booth to display
marketing materials, conduct business, and gain excellent exposure for
your organization
on the show floor. It's required that your booth be staffed all three
days of the expo.

Please Note: Shipping, material handling, phone, lead retrieval, and other
furniture are NOT included.

In this email, you are provided with all the information necessary for
planning and executing your participation smoothly and successfully.
Please take a few
minutes to read the enclosed .org Pavilion contract and fact sheet (which
includes criteria for eligibility in this program).

Space in the .org Pavilion is limited, and available on a FIRST COME FIRST
SERVED BASIS, so if you wish to participate, we ask that you fax your
completed contract to Duncan Newell at 508-620-6690 no later than Monday
June 6th to avoid disappointment. Failure to meet this deadline means
that your spot will be made available to other projects.

Thank you,
Duncan Newell
LinuxWorld Conference and Expo
