I know who wrote that comment. AFAICT it was meant to be positive as in
'he is not a native (English) speaker'. Though I could have given the
talk in German, my English is much better :-)

I heard some comments that speaking about Ubuntu without being involved
in Ubuntu at all (and saying so) was not very much appreciated.
