Nowhere. I read this as a normal (read: bend- and stretchable in all desired directions) politicians statement. It speaks in our favor for now, and I'd say it's good enough for us to distribute Debian CDs to minors. But I don't think we can rely on it forever, it's an FAQ, and FAQs change over time. I sure want to see Suse going to court over this one and settle it once and for all.
